Welcome To Demented Aubergine I have always had a soft spot for the word 'aubergine' - I believe it is a term that gives that particular purple fruit much more dignity and class than the common label 'eggplant'. It is true that I have never heard an aubergine complain of being burdened with a common name, but when I see them lying in piles in the shop, I just know that this fact causes them some embarrassment. However, the purpose of this site is not intended to focus on the adulation of the aubergine. (Worthy as it is of such an honour.) This site is an opportunity for me to present some of my own work - focussing mainly on my graphical creations, although I will confess that I won't be able to resist the lure of the written word entirely. :-) Why demented? You'll see, soon enough. |
