In my arms tonight
I want you to whisper softly
That it will be all right

I want your gentle kiss
Lingering upon my brow
Smoothing away my frown
For all time beyond now

I want you to reassure me
That you and I are meant to be
That our love was destined -
That our love is the key

If only it could be
