There is an interesting site on the net called Photoshop Contest.

A new image is posted every day and members are given three days to photoshop the image. Images are voted for and the entry with the most votes wins. Of course, it pays to get your image posted as quickly as possible as you're more likely to get votes that way.

I compete on occasion as I enjoy the challenge of creating a new image in as short a time as possible. On the right are links to galleries of my entries for you to take a gander at if you like. (Well, there's only one gallery so far but that's definitely subject to change.)
